If you are experiencing this due to address issues try using a different address (Friends/family member/work/school for example)
You will still be able to drop off the parcel at your closest DHL Express/Parcel service points depending on your location. If this is still not working please send an email to [email protected] and we will help you out.
If you are experiencing issues with your order number or email, kindly check your order confirmation to make sure the order number and email match.
Psst, sometimes the order confirmation ends up in the spam folder so please check that as well.
