FITJEANS

We always recommend sizing according to your waist measurements, measured on the narrowest part. We decided to keep the waistband tighter to get the best fit. This is to prevent the jeans from sliding down. 

Our jeans are super stretchy from the waist and downwards, therefore the lower measurements won't be necessary. Please note that different collections have different size guides.

Frame - Frame is our "Contour Mid Waisted Jeans
360 - Our most stretchy jeans - stretch in both length and width (we always recommend these for our taller customers 🥰)
Flared - Our timeless bell bottoms, super comfortable around the legs medium thick fabric
Vital - Special compression holding technology that gives you the best shaping effect. 
Distressed/Pastel Skinny jeans Two-way stretch medium thick fabric that gives a light shaping effect
Loose Fits - Our Loose fits are waist-hugging and wider around your legs. Thicker denim fabric but still super stretchy and comfortable
Shorts -Super cute shorts that come in ripped and non-ripped

We ship all orders with DHL Express (worldwide) and DHL Paket (Germany & The Netherlands). If you're outside the EU, additional fees may apply. Make sure to check our Shipping information before placing the order.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply follow the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to view the up-to-date tracking.
If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, please wait until your estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. 

Remember, this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. 

We aim to meet our delivery promise, but delays and changes may happen during high volume orders.

If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return.
You have 30 days from the date of your order. Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.

🔙What is your return policy?

If your parcel has reached our warehouse on the tracking, kindly give us a few days to go through your order. Once the warehouse has inspected the parcel, your refund will be processed. 💗
During sales, our returns will be delayed due to high order volume.
