To initiate a return start by registering your return in our return portal: HERE
Our labels are reliable and traceable with DHL Express / DHL Parcel.
The return fee will be deducted from your refund.

You will need your order number and the email used when placing the order.
Your return request will be approved within 24hrs and you'll receive the return label and instructions.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
It may take up to 10 working days until your return has been processed after it has arrived at the warehouse.
