We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. You can return your order with our reliable and traceable DHL Express/Parcel label(depending on your location) 
This amount will be deducted from the refund 💙

Start by registering your return in our return portal: HERE

You will need your order number and the email used when placing the order.
Your return request will be approved within 24hrs and you'll then receive the return label and instructions. We ask that items be returned clean, unworn with all their tags on.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 


It currently may take up to 7 working days until your return has been processed after it has arrived at the warehouse.

The refund amount will appear in your bank account within 1 to 5 business days after processing is complete. If you chose store credit as the refund option, you'll receive an email with your store credit and further information as soon as the return has been processed.
