You’ll always receive a confirmation email once your return has been received and processed.

Our Return Rules

• Return deadline: 30 days from delivery.

• Register your return via the portal within this deadline.

• Items must be in original condition:

  • Tags attached

  • No odors, stains, hairs, or marks

• Washed garments cannot be returned.

• Returns not meeting requirements will not be accepted.

• Returned items remain your responsibility until received at our warehouse.

• Always keep proof of postage.

• Processing Time

  • Once your parcel shows as delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for processing.

 Exchanges

• We don’t process exchanges.

• Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.

 Sales Periods

• During sales, return handling may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.

 Having issues with the Return Portal?

• Address problems:
  Try using a different address (friend, family, work, or school). You can still drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL service point.

• Order number/email mismatch:
  Double-check your order confirmation. Make sure the order number and email match exactly.

• Didn’t get the confirmation email?
  Sometimes it lands in spam, please check your spam/junk folder.

• Still stuck?
  Contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you out.

• Once your parcel shows as delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for processing.

• Refund will be issued after inspection.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the warehouse.

• If tracking shows no updates, please wait until your estimated delivery date — updates can be delayed.

• Delivery dates are estimates. Your order may arrive before, on, or shortly after this date.

• During high-volume periods (like sales), delivery can take longer.

If your delivery date has passed:

1. Check your tracking link again.

2. Contact DHL directly for the latest information.

3. Please allow a couple of extra days during busy times.

•  Once you’ve placed your order and received shipping confirmation, it cannot be edited or cancelled.

•  Address change: Use DHL’s On-Demand Service (link provided in your shipping confirmation).

If something is missing from your order:

• Send a photo of the jeans you received.

• Include a photo of the shipping bag.

• Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your waist (usually near the belly button).

• Length/Inseam: Measure from crotch to ankle bone (or heel if the style runs long).

• Our waistbands are designed a little snug so the jeans don’t slide down.

• Lower body measurements are usually not necessary — our denim has super stretch.

• Different collections have different size charts — always check the guide for the style you’re buying.

Tall ladies: Our 360 collection stretches 15–20% in length. Add this to the inseam in the size guide for a better idea of fit.
