• Royal Mail return label will be sent to your email.
• The return fee is 7.95 GBP  and will be deducted from the refund.

• Swiss Post return label will be sent to your email.

Confirmation
You'll always receive a confirmation email once your return has been received and processed.

Our Return Rules

• Return deadline: 30 days from delivery.

• Register your return via the portal within this deadline.

• Items must be in original condition:

  • Tags attached

  • No odors, stains, hairs, or marks

• Washed garments cannot be returned.

• Returns not meeting requirements will not be accepted.

• Returned items remain your responsibility until received at our warehouse.

• Always keep proof of postage.

• Processing Time

  • Once your parcel shows as delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for processing.

  • Refund will be issued after inspection.

 Exchanges

• We offer exchanges in most countries - the same return-label fees apply as for a standard return.

• US customers: register your exchange through our return portal and select the exchange option.

• Norway customers: exchanges aren't available yet. Please return your item for a refund instead via the Norway portal and place a new order.

• UK and Switzerland customers: register your exchange in our Return Portal. A small exchange shipping fee applies. For a refund, use the UK Return Portal (Royal Mail, 7.95 GBP) or the Switzerland Return Portal (Swiss Post, 8.95 CHF).

• All other countries: register your exchange here.

 Sales Periods

• During sales, return handling may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.

Processing Time

• Once your parcel shows as delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for processing.

• Refund will be issued after inspection.

Confirmation

• You’ll receive a refund confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed.

Tracking

• You can track your return via the link provided when you dropped off your parcel.

 Having issues with the Return Portal?

• Address problems:
  Try using a different address (friend, family, work, or school). You can still drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL service point.

• Order number/email mismatch:
  Double-check your order confirmation. Make sure the order number and email match exactly.

• Didn’t get the confirmation email?
  Sometimes it lands in spam, please check your spam/junk folder.

• Still stuck?
  Contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you out.

• Once your parcel shows as delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for processing.

• Refund will be issued after inspection.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the warehouse.

• If tracking shows no updates, please wait until your estimated delivery date — updates can be delayed.

• Delivery dates are estimates. Your order may arrive before, on, or shortly after this date.

• During high-volume periods (like sales), delivery can take longer.

If your delivery date has passed:

1. Check your tracking link again.

2. Contact your carrier directly for the latest information.

3. Please allow a couple of extra days during busy times.

• Once you place your order, our warehouse starts processing it right away - most orders ship within 24 hours. Because of this, we're not able to change or cancel an order once it's been placed.

• Wrong shipping address? Contact the shipping carrier directly once you have your tracking number - they could redirect the package before it's out for delivery.

• Wrong size or item? No worries - you can exchange it once it arrives (Norway customers will need to return it for a refund instead, as exchanges aren't available there yet. UK and Switzerland customers can exchange through our main Return Portal.) See our Exchange Policy for details.

All orders are shipped from our regional warehouses (US, Germany and Norway). Reliable, trackable and fast delivery with Standard Delivery, DHL Express, DHL Parcel, Royal Mail, Swiss Post and Bring.

Where two prices are shown, the lower price applies to orders containing jeans. The higher price applies only to orders of small items, such as shorts or accessories. The exact price is always shown at checkout.

If something is missing from your order:

• Send a photo of the jeans you received.

• Include a photo of the shipping bag.

• Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your waist (usually near the belly button).

• Length/Inseam: Measure from crotch to ankle bone (or heel if the style runs long).

• Our waistbands are designed a little snug so the jeans don’t slide down.

• Lower body measurements are usually not necessary — our denim has super stretch.

• Different collections have different size charts — always check the guide for the style you’re buying.

Tall ladies: Our 360 collection stretches 15–20% in length. Add this to the inseam in the size guide for a better idea of fit.

Measure waist + crotch-to-heel.

We recommend that you use the hip measurement as the most important figure. Measure from crotch to heel to check the length

Washing

• Wash in cold water, max 30°C/86°F.
• Turn your jeans inside out before washing to protect the color.
• Use a mild detergent - avoid fabric softener and bleach.
• For a brand-new pair, wash it alone on a gentle cycle the first time.

Drying

• Air dry only - never put your jeans in the dryer. High heat can shrink the denim and damage the stretch and fit.

How often should I wash my jeans?

• You don't need to wash your jeans after every wear. Spot clean stains as they happen instead, using a damp cloth or a soft toothbrush with mild soap - test on a hidden area first.
• Washing too often can cause fading and affect the fit and shape over time.

Ironing

• Use the lowest heat setting - our stretch denim is sensitive to high heat.
• Iron on the inside of the garment to protect the color.
